Tinkering Toddler Crates ships crates using United States Postal Service. The customer will receive a tracking number when the crate is ready to ship. Gift crates that are past crates will ship within 1-2 business days. The crate of the month for subscriptions and one-time gift crates will ship on the 4th of the month or the next business day if that falls on a holiday or Sunday.
Tinkering Toddler Crates depends on USPS to deliver the crate to the customer and therefore depends on their tracking information to be the most accurate information regarding the whereabouts of the crate. So if the USPS website says that the crate was delivered, then that is what we assume happened. If the customer has not received the crate, but the USPS website says it was delivered, then the customer needs to contact USPS to locate it. Tinkering Toddler Crates will not refund orders that show they were delivered via the USPS website.
USPS has notified Tinkering Toddler Crates and the public that they are experiencing delays across the board due to staff shortages, pandemic, weather, etc. Most crates are delivered within 1-3 days of shipping, but delays do occur. Tinkering Toddler Crates is not responsible or able to resolve this problem, therefore are not able to issue refunds relating to transit delays in shipping.
If the product arrives damaged, please email Tinkering Toddler Crates at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can best address that issue.
